Admission Deadlines for Theatre Arts, Film & Video, and Playwriting differ, please view the program pages for those dates. Admission Decisions for Debate will be offered on a rolling basis, it is advantageous to apply early.
When applying, you will be asked to select the division for which you would like to apply. If you are interested in more than one program, you will need to fill out a secondary application for the additional concentration/division.
All programs require a $50 non-refundable application fee. This fee is not creditable toward tuition or other fees in the advent of admission. You will have the option to pay this fee online once you submit the application, or you can submit it directly through this link: Pay My Application Fee. If you are applying to more than one program or concentration for 2024, subsequent fees will be $20. Email our office for the reduced fee link once you’ve applied to all programs you’re interested in. NHSI will waive the application fee for families with financial need. Please email nhsi@northwestern.edu to request an application fee waiver.
