We are very excited to begin our preparations

for the NHSI 2022 Summer Season!

Northwestern and NHSI will continue to monitor health information from the CDC and will adhere to all guidelines and directives put out by the State of Illinois.  At this time, we are intending to host our programming on Northwestern’s campus this summer.  If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify families as soon as possible via email and refund any deposits as necessary.  We look forward to assessing your application soon.  Please be sure to check our website frequently for additional updates.

SUMMER PROGRAM DATES FOR 2022

Theatre Arts Program (5 Weeks) – June 26, 2022 – July 30, 2022

Musical Theatre Extension (5 Weeks + 2 Weeks, must complete first five weeks to attend extension) – July 31, 2022 – August 13, 2022

Film & Video Program (5 Weeks) – June 26, 2022 – July 30, 2022

Debate Program (Rolling admission for Debate program only) – Dates will be announced shortly. Please check back frequently for updates.

ADMISSION DEADLINES 2022

Early Admission Deadline

Initial online applications are due January 14, 2022

All supplemental materials will be due January 21, 2022

Students will be notified of their admittance status by February 18, 2022

Regular Admission Deadline

Initial online applications are due March 18, 2022

All supplemental materials will be due March 25, 2022

Students will be notified of their admittance status by April 22, 2022
